We are proud of our products, materials, and craftsmanship. All items are covered by a 1-year warranty which guarantees them against the manufacturer’s defect under responsible use. This warranty only covers products purchased directly from the official CyberBrands or Cyberbackpack.com website.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We support worldwide delivery. Shipping will be arranged within 48 hours after the purchase. Taxes and duties are covered in most regions. More details will be shown on the checkout page.

CyberBrands ships merchandise worldwide using UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.

All customers can receive FREE SHIPPING on our products where indicated.

If your order contains multiple products, it's possible to receive separate shipments. 

If free shipping isn't offered in your location, you can enter your shipping address and browse to the checkout screen to see a real-time total shipping cost for items in your CyberBrands Shopping Cart.

For international orders, please take into account transit times between domestic and international carriers, as well as Customs. Recipients will be responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes.

Return Policy

All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Returns must not have been worn, installed, damaged, or used in any way. All products must be returned within 30 days of the date on the original invoice. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund. Once approved for a refund, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged items

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. If an item is damaged during shipment, we will require the following photos to begin a return and replacement process:

1. Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.

2. Packaging material used (bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.)

3. Damaged item outside of the box.

4. A close-up of the shipping label with the tracking number.

5. Top and 2 sides of the box.

6. Bottom and the opposite sides of the box.

7. Box Manufacturer’s Certificate (BMC)

Once the photos are provided and approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please attach the return label to the box and send the damaged item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch a replacement item to you.

CyberBrands cannot accept freight costs of any returned merchandise.

STEPS:

1. Make sure the passcode is set to 000.

2. With a pin, ballpoint of a pen or other sharp object, press and hold down the small button on the far side of the combination lock.

3. With the button pressed down, reset the passcode to your desired code.

4. Release the button and it should spring back in position.

5. Slide the TSA007 lever to unlock.

The Cyberbackpack hardshell exterior is made from polycarbonate and chromophore mixed in a special ratio for superior strength, durability, and water resistance.

Cyberbackpack is rugged and built to last. So caring for it requires very minimal effort. If the hardshell or nylon fabric gets dirty, you can simply wipe it down with a damp towel.
