Wondering how to set up your passcode? Here's what you do:

STEPS:

1. Make sure the passcode is set to 000.

2. With a pin or ballpoint of a pen, press and hold down the small button on the far side of the combination lock.

3. With the button pressed down, reset the passcode to your desired code.

4. Release the button and it should spring back in position.

5. Slide the TSA007 lever to unlock.

You can also purchase an additional (or replacement) Cyberpowerbank separately for your Cyberbackpack.

Cyberbackpack also comes with cables on the inside that allow you to connect your Cyberpowerbank (or own power bank) on the inside of the backpack. This will allow you to plug in your devices on the outside through the charging ports provided and power them up.

Additionally, you can remove your Cyberpowerbank and use it as a standalone power bank.

Yes. Cyberbackpack fits perfectly under the seat of an airplane even in it's expanded form with room to spare.

Cyberbackpack is as rugged and built to last. So caring for it requires very minimal effort. If the hardshell or nylon fabric gets dirty, you can simply wipe it down with a damp towel.

Cyberbackpack in its unexpanded configuration has a total volume of 14 liters. Once expanded, Cyberbackpack's volume increases by 50% from 18L to 27 liters.

Cyberbackpack measures 18.5" (Height) x 12" (Width) x 6" (Depth) in its unexpanded configuration. Once expanded, the depth increases by about 2 inches.

The 2.0 work bag version of the Cyberbackpack has more daily use functions like added pockets, a Cyberpowerbank pocket, a keychain, and an internal water bottle holder.

The travel bag version has more room in the main compartment to fit bulkier items like shoes and clothes for travel. We also removed the Cyberpowerbank pocket and internal water bottle holder, giving you more organization for your gear.

Powerbank

Cyberpowerbank will automatically turn on once connected to a device and begin the charging cycle if Cyberpowerbank has any charge left. There is a small button on the front of Cyberpowerbank next to the USB-A port. A two-press sequence turns Cyberpowerbank off and a one-press sequence turns it back on.

Shipping, Tracking, and Returns.

All Cyberbackpack in-stock items are fulfilled within 24 hours. Once fulfilled, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number. Simply click on your tracking number to track your shipment.

Sometimes carriers may accidentally mark a shipment as delivered, but you haven't received your shipment yet.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it please review the following steps:

Verify your order confirmation email to ensure you provided the correct shipping address.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

Look around the delivery location for your package.

See if someone else accepted the delivery unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so (ask a neighbor if they've accidentally received your shipment.)

Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

Wait 48 hours - in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival

If you complete those steps and still haven't received your order file a lost shipment claim with the responsible carrier.

Once you have filed your claim, please provide us with your claim number, and we will take it from there.

Sorry to hear that your order may have been lost in transit. It typically takes 3-5 business days for US Domestics shipments and may take up to 21 Business days for some international orders depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Packages may be marked as delivered pre-maturely by carriers. Please wait for at least 2 business days after your order was scheduled to be delivered before reaching out to customer support.

If it has been more than 2 business days past your scheduled delivery please file a claim with the responsible carrier.

Once your claim is filed, please provide us with your claim number and we will take it from there.

Sorry to hear that. We would like to file a claim with our shipper for damaging your Cyberbackpack. Please provide photos of the following:

1. Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.

2. Packaging material used (bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.)

3. Damaged item outside of the box.A close-up of the shipping label with the tracking number.

4. Top and 2 sides of the box.

5. Bottom and the opposite sides of the box.

6. Box Manufacturer’s Certificate (BMC).

Once received, we will process your return and ship out your replacement immediately.
