We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cyberbrands offers hassle-free returns for items purchased on cyberbackpack.com within 30 days of purchase for new, unused products in their original packaging.
Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items that are listed as final sale can't be returned. We are also unable to offer gift returns and exchanges at this time.

Please note that items shipped with the free and discounted shipping option are not eligible for refunds due to shipping delays. Also discounted items are not eligible for a refund unless damaged by shipping or from manufacture. Please refer to our shipping policy for our shipping terms. Any product-related concerns be communicated within 30 days of acquisition to qualify for potential resolutions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if any), and in its original packaging that includes the plastic wrap on the handle and the internal airbags. You are also responsible for returning the item undamaged by shipping. If item is damaged by shipping, or returned 30 days after a product is delivered, it will no longer be eligible for a return or refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@cyberbackpack.com. In the event of a valid return, the order must be returned to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. We will not accept returns where labels or wrappings have been removed or tampered with in any way. Shipping charges on returned merchandise that are not being returned due to manufacture defects will be at the customer’s expense. This includes import duties if returning the item from outside the US. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kindly contact support@cyberbackpack.com, or use the chat button on the bottom right corner, for how to go through with the whole process of your return. Restate your order number. Furthermore, clarify which items you are sending back and stating clearly why you wish to return them.

Return Policy

All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging (including wrappings). Returns must not have been worn, installed, damaged, or used in any way. All products must be returned within 30 days of the date on the original invoice. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Sales
All sale or discounted products i.e. combination sales that include Cyberpowerbank cannot be returned. If an item that includes a Cyberpowerbank is approved for a return, the full price of the Cyberpowerbank will be deducted from the refund total.

Powerbanks
All orders that include a Cyberpowerbank cannot be returned for safety reasons. If an item includes a Cyberpowerbank (FREE or paid for), and is approved for a return, the full price of the Cyberpowerbank will be deducted from the refund total.

Customization
All items with customization included cannot be returned.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing a refund. Once approved for a refund, a full refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), battery products such as powerbanks, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discounted items or gift cards.

If you purchased a bundled product that includes a non-returnable item, we will deduct the full price of the non-returnable item and process the return for the returnable item according to the above return terms.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Nobody likes paying extra for shipping. So U.S. shipping is on us when you spend over $100.
