Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow more time for shipping during the November-December holiday season.

Due to the lingering effects of the COVID19 pandemic on global logistics, there might be potential delays that are outside of your control.

STOLEN ITEMS

Shipments of all orders are facilitated through United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Unless a customer elects, and pays for, a shipping method necessitating a signature upon delivery, items will be deposited at the customer’s doorstep. Our obligation to deliver your item concludes upon its delivery. The security of the customer’s doorstep for deliveries is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that an item is misappropriated subsequent to delivery, the customer shall not be entitled to either a replacement or a refund. The decision to provide a replacement or refund remains entirely at our discretion. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For free shipping: Shipping charges will be $0 which will be displayed at checkout. Please note that all products shipped via the free and discounted shipping options are not eligible for refunds based on shipping delays.

Shipping upgrades only available for US orders. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

Please allow up to 7 business days for orders that contain battery products for safety and international clearance. Once cleared, you item will be shipped via your chosen carrier.

We offer international shipping to all countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CyberBrands is not responsible for these tax and duty charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

If you choose to refuse the package, all costs for the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The deduction will typically be more than the taxes owed so it might be in your best interest to simply pay the taxes to your country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cyberbackpack.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. UPS will not ship to a PO.Box so please choose USPS instead for shipping to a P.O. Box. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
