How do I set up my passcode?
1. Make sure the passcode is set to 000.
2. With a pin or ballpoint of a pen, press and hold down the small button on the far side of the combination lock.
3. With the button pressed down, reset the passcode to your desired code.
4. Release the button and it should spring back in position.
5. Slide the TSA007 lever to unlock.

Does the Cybersling come with a powerbank?
Yes.
You can also purchase an additional (or replacement) Cyberpowerbank separately for your Cyberbackpack. Cyberbackpack also comes with passthrough cables on the inside that allow you to connect your Cyberpowerbank (or own power bank) on the inside of the backpack. This will allow you to plug in your devices on the outside through the charging ports provided and power them up.

*Powerbanks are an optional purchase and need to be added before checkout unless otherwise indicated.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after your item is shipped to initiate a return through support@cyberbackpack.com. All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unused with all the original wrappings and tags in place. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do pre-orders work?
As we all know, good things take time! We really appreciate your patience and promise that it's worth the wait. If the item you wish to purchase is for pre-order only, the estimated delivery time will be displayed in the product description section before you add the product cart.

What should I know about your discounted items?
Discounted and sale prices are offered on marked and in-stock items only during that particular sale period and only on the products advertised in that particular sale. We will not refund the sale discount amount on any previous purchases. Sale prices are available whilst inventory permits only. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for any refund or exchange on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours! Your order will be shipped when items in your order, including any preorder items, become available to ship.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discounted items or gift cards.

If you purchased a bundled product that includes a non-returnable item, we will deduct the full price of the non-returnable item and process the return for the returnable item according to the above return terms.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If any part of your CyberBrands product* becomes non-functioning or defective, we will repair or replace it with a fully-functioning item in the same or better condition.

Note the "non-functioning or defective" part. This means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. In our opinion, a little scratch or knick here and there is nothing more than bragging rights that you've been having some fun with your gear. But if something breaks due to a manufacturer defect or during normal use, don’t worry one bit. We’re behind you all the way.

Also, note the "same or better condition" part. We're serious about keeping our products in use and out of the ground. When we can, we issue warranty replacements from our stock of open-box, gently used, or refurbished items. All warranty replacements are quality-checked and certified to be clean and fully functioning, and come with the same 1-Year guarantee as to your original purchase.

*Standard warranty does not apply to apparel. We guarantee apparel against manufacturing defects, but it is not guaranteed for a lifetime of use.

LIMITATIONS

Items listed in our Apparel category are guaranteed against defects, but are excluded from our standard 1-Year warranty...see the footnote above. Also, as described above, our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, scratches, blemishes, stains, etc. It is the nature of our gear to develop bits of character over time. Our warranty primarily covers defects or failures that affect the core functionality of our products. If you have a dirty or stained product, simply wash it.

Aside from that, we're not going to nickel-and-dime you out of a warranty with a bunch of silly exceptions. We've built our reputation on building high-quality gear and offering the best customer service out there, and we’re going to keep up our end of that bargain. We kindly ask our customers to keep up their end, too. Please don’t interpret our warranty as a license to misuse, neglect, or intentionally destroy your CB gear. We reserve the right to not replace a backpack that you poured concrete in, a Capture clip you used to hammer in tent stakes, a camera strap that your toaster melted, and so forth. We also won't replace stolen or lost items, so we recommend insuring your gear. We also reserve the right to change this policy in the future.

I enjoy both the sling and backpack; but, the real winners are the checked luggage and the carry-on! Lockable, exceptionally strong corners where it counts, leak proof sealed checked luggage with great compartments to organize. Best I have ever found. So is the carryon and it has chargeport exposed so you can keep your phone charged while waiting for your flight without worrying about being invaded by fake chargers in the airport...the most secure luggage set with the best features I have every owned...
